GLA:D Australia Osteoarthritis Course

GLA:D, or Good Life with osteoArthritis: Denmark, is an education and exercise program developed by researchers in Denmark for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms. Results have been outstanding with a significant reduction in pain, and an increase in physical activity for those with Osteoarthritis.

Upcoming Course Dates: START AT ANY TIME. As GLA:D is a course with a rolling intake, you can begin at a time that suits you.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an eight week, evidence-based course that was originally developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1979 and is now taught worldwide in a range of settings, from hospitals to community centres for a range of chronic pain and stress related health problems.

Upcoming Course Starts: March 8 2019, Fridays 4pm – 6.30pm (all day silent retreat on Saturday April 13 2019)
