Exercise Scientist at iNform Health & Fitness Solutions

Georgia is passionate about educating and motivating individuals to improve their health and quality of life through exercise interventions and lifestyle modifications to achieve their health-related goals.

Georgia has worked with a range of people with different health and fitness journeys. She particularly enjoys working with children as well as the neurodivergent community. She is particularly interested in assisting those managing musculoskeletal rehabilitation or chronic pain, wanting general strength and conditioning especially with a focus on athletic performance and injury prevention. She also likes to focus on assisting people build their cadiorespiratory fitness, manage their mental health.

  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, Accredited Exerice Scientist, Level 1 ASCA (Australian Strength & Conditioning Association)
  • Memberships: Exercise & Sports Science Australia

For as long as Georgia can remember, she has had a passion for exercise and sports – whether that was participating, coaching or simply as a spectator! She knew the health industry was for her from a young age, as she wanted to help others in some way or another and decided to study at university. Georgia graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor Degree of Exercise and Sport Science.

In her personal time, Georgia likes to play Aussie Rules Football, spend time in the gym as well as time with loved ones and exploring different beaches.
