Kara’s passion for exercise started from a young age, where she grew up playing many different sports! With a 12 year hisotry in dance, she has also tried many different kinds of sports including netball, tennis and karate! Since moving to Adelaide, Kara has shifted her interest to strength training and kickboxing/Muay Thai.
Kara is also currently responsible for managing the student placement programs with both UniSA and Flinders University students which aim to develop the skills of the Exercise Science and clinical Exercise Physiology students. Kara is responsible for guiding the students through learning what an Exercise Physiology private practice is like, giving the students the opporrtunity to support their own clients through cardio sessions, objective testing and Exercise Physiology program sessions.
Outside of work you will find Kara travelling or camping!
