Scott Wood is a long standing member of the iNform team, and is particularly interested in working with runners, improving movement patterns and musculoskeletal issues.
Dave works with those needing a sports-specific approach to exercise or injury rehabilitation, as well as those simply wanting direction in their training. He enjoys helping people achieve their goals, and particularly enjoys working with shoulders and shoulder injuries.
Karla works with a range of chronic health and musculoskeletal conditions. She is most passionate about helping those who are anxious regarding exercise, perhaps don’t enjoy exercise or have never set foot in a gym environment.
Jacinta combines her clinical exercise prescription with a holistic mind-body approach. She is currently completing a PhD exploring the benefits of mindfulness combined with movement (e.g., yoga) on mental and physical health. As such, her prescription has a strong focus on biomechanics, alignment, yoga and mental health.
Jack sees people with a wide range of chronic health conditions. He also has a passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pain management, metabolic disorders and assisting development of functional strength.
Josephine, or Jo for short, grew up playing all different kinds of sports which fostered her passion for exercise and movement. She has a particular interest in oncology (helping to manage cancer and cancer treatment symptoms) in addition to general movement, fitness or strength improvement.
Chloe’s love of sport & movement inspired her to pursue a career in Exercise Physiology, where she has been able to combine her loves of living a healthy lifestyle and helping others.
Harris works out of Move’s Malvern clinic, and particularly enjoys helping those with sport specific performance related goals, as well as those with general fitness or musculoskeletal goals.
