With advanced clinical skills and a strong background in elite sport, Katina is highly experienced in managing both acute injuries and complex musculoskeletal conditions.
Katina has a special interest in rehabilitating athletes, as well as treating a range of everyday issues such as headaches, neck and back pain, and joint injuries. She also has a deep interest in dance physiotherapy, including pre-pointe assessments, and offers individualised exercise programs to support people during and after pregnancy.

Lisa Osmond

Debbie Prinsloo
PhysiotherapistDebbie is an experienced physio who has been helping people move and feel better for more than 20 years. Originally from South Africa, she relocated to Adelaide with her family in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and a caring, hands-on approach to treatment. She provides care for a wide range of muskuloskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, sacroiliac joint (SIJ) pain, as well as sporting injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Debbie also has experience in treating TMJ (jaw pain), BPPV vertigo, and supporting women through pregnancy-related conditions, including mastitis. As a very hands-on physio, Debbie combines manual therapy with other techniques such as dry needling, joint mobilisation, and myofascial treatment.
She leads Physio Movement and Physio Exercise Classes at Move for Better Health, guiding clients through their assessments and helping them progress into safe and effective exercise programs.

Emil Tow
PhysiotherapistEmil works with a wide range of people of different ages with acute injuries through to complex and chronic conditions. He has a special interest in hypermobility / EDS and POTS, as well as treating the (often) unusual injuries seen in gymnastics, circus arts, and performing artists!
In addition to his Masters studies, Emil has undertaken extra training for the treatment of neck and back pain, and TMJ (jaw) dysfunction (such as clicky, locking or painful jaw). He is able to use Dry Needling where appropriate, in addition to hands-on treatment, and exercise prescription.
