Photi Karagiannis - Triathlete
Photi Karagiannis is an Age Group triathlete based in Adelaide. He began his triathlon journey in 2021 and has since competed in races ranging from Sprint Distance up to Ironman.
Our physiotherapy team supports Photi with his race day preparation and advice for his strength and conditioning programs as well as treatments and injury management throughout his season. In the 2023/2024 race season, Photi has secured four podium finishes, including two first-place victories and the Sprint Distance State Champion title.
This year, Photi has been selected to compete at the 2024 Age Group World Champion Finals in Torremolinos-Andalucia, Spain. Photi has found a passion for endurance sports that will drive him for years to come.

Campbelltown City Soccer Club
We are excited to partner with the Campbelltown City Soccer Club! As part of our support, we offer the Senior Women’s teams with screening appointments in the lead up to the season to assist with conditioning so that they can remain injury free. We also offer the players discounted treatment appointments if they need any further assistance throughout the season.

Old Collegians Rugby Club
Move for Better Health is excited to support the Rugby club members with treatments in the clinic for their rehabilitation and conditioning needs.
Old Collegians has a successful history on the pitch, winning First Grade premierships in 1956, 1959, 1967, 1970, 1971, 1982, 1991, 1998, 2001 and 2006 and the West End Trophy for Best Club for the last eight years it was presented (2001 to 2008) by the SARU.
