Ergonomic Assessments.

Workstation set-up, posture, lifting techniques, driving positions, and work habits can all contribute to musculoskeletal injuries and pain. These ergonomic problems can affect high school or tertiary students, as well as adults working in an environment which may not be set up correctly.

We offer in clinic ergonomic assessments and advice, as well as assessments of your own home or work office to reduce risk of injury and ongoing pain.
