Rashmi has extensive experience with all typical musculoskeletal conditions such as back and neck pain, shoulder pain, or headaches. She also has special interests in working with clients with chronic pain conditions, dance-related injuries, as well as clients with any type of tendinopathy issues.
Rashmi’s passion for helping others has been a constant in her life, knowing from a young age that all she wanted to do was work in a health and wellness environment. This came to fruition when she graduated from her Bachelor of Physiotherapy and began her career in Mumbai working in a sports clinic with professional cricket and tennis players. She chose to pursue a career in Physiotherapy as she was excited by the potential of improving people’s quality of life and assisting them in living an active healthy lifestyle.
In 2016 Rashmi made the big move to Adelaide. While working in private practice and accumulating a myriad of experience, she simultaneously studied to attain her Master of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy (Sports). This allowed her to continue improving her hands-on skills and her ability to problem solve, and as a result provide a clear and comprehensive management plan for her patients. Rashmi has also recently attained the title from the Australian Physiotherapy Association of a Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist, which is an incredible achievement!
In her time away from work, you may find Rashmi out on a hike, an exciting camping getaway, or even a bachata dance competition!
