Lisa Osmond

Physiotherapist

Lisa is a highly experienced physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people move well, recover from injury, and live active, healthy lives. She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns including back and neck pain, tendon issues, osteoarthritis, and rheumatological conditions. She also has a special interest in women’s health, supporting women during pregnancy, postnatally, and after menopause.

With her own background as a state-level netballer, Lisa has a strong passion for sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. She works extensively with athletes, particularly netballers, supporting their recovery, performance, and resilience on and off the court. She also assists those returning from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or working towards specific health and fitness goals.

Lisa’s approach combines hands-on therapy, acupuncture, and exercise-based rehabilitation, including Pilates-based exercises. She offers 1:1 exercise sessions tailored to individual needs and helps clients transition into appropriate group classes for ongoing strength, mobility, and injury prevention. Lisa is available for appointments and classes at the Glenelg clinic
