Sam Campagnale

Titled APA Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist at Move Physio

Sam became a Physio to combine his interests in health and exercise. In addition to common conditions like low back and neck pain, shoulder pain, Sam has expertise in sporting injuries, and he particularly enjoys assessing and managing knee injuries.

Sam is available for appointments at our Magill clinic during the week.

  • Professional Achievements: Awarded title of an APA Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist, Winner of the Audrey Simpson Prize as awarded for the overall highest academic achievement in Acute Care in the Bachelor of Physiotherapy
  • Extra Studies: Australian Physiotherapy Association Gerontology Level 1, Australian Physiotherapy Association Sports Physiotherapy Level 1
  • Qualification: Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Masters of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy (Sports)
  • Memberships: Australian Physiotherapy Association

Sam’s long history playing soccer and long distance running showed him first-hand how important it is to address any niggles or injuries which may arise. Sam also has past and present experience in working with semi-professional and professional sporting athletes and teams to manage their injuries and prevent recurrences.

After completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2015, Sam returned to University for his Masters of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy (Sports). This allowed him to continue improving his hands-on skills and his ability to problem solve, and as a result provide a clear and comprehensive management plan for his patients.

In his time away from work, Sam enjoys exercise, gardening, cooking and a good cup of coffee. If you see him around the clinic and have a great coffee recommendation, be sure to let him know.

You can book in to see him at Magill by calling 7078 0303 or booking online here.
