James’ degree in Neuroscience has helped him gain a greater understanding of acute & chronic pain. He uses this experience to help clients with behavioural and emotional responses to pain and movement. He also has a special interest in neurodegenerative & mental health prevention.
When he’s not spending time with my clients, he loves meditation and exercising. He also enjoys reading and writing about neuroscience, philosophy and personal development.
