Marelle has undertaken further education in the treatment of Tendinopathy, Chronic Pain, and Mindfulness Meditation. She also enjoys teaching Pilates, and helping those with more complex conditions to improve their movement.

Marelle Wilson graduated as a Physiotherapist in 1993 from the University of South Australia. She has worked in private practice, as well as lecturing at TAFE, the Australian Pilates Method Association, and to Physiotherapy students at the University of South Australia.
Marelle has a special interest in treating complex, chronic pain using a combination of neuroscience based education, mindfulness meditation and more traditional physical and exercise therapies.
More recently, Marelle has also undertaken further education in the assessment and treatment of tendinopathy, with a particular emphasis on gluteal tendinopathy.
She is kept busy when not working at Move for Better Health™, with two boys and she enjoys walking, yoga, Pilates and meditation.
