Cody has always been passionate about exercise and a healthy lifestyle after growing up in an active family. She has always enjoyed helping others and decided to combine this with her passion for exercise by studying Clinical Exercise Physiology. After completing her degrees Cody is excited to begin implementing everything she has learnt over the last 5 years to help people become more functional and achieve their movement goals.
When not busy working with clients you can find Cody on the hockey field playing for Seacliff Hockey Club or going for a run (although nothing tops her runs back at home in Mount Gambier with her 2 border collies). She can also never say no to seeing family or friends over some good food so chat to her about your favourite restaurants across Adelaide when you see her!
