Dave has always been an active and sporty person, which naturally lead to his interest in pursuing a career in exercise or physical activity.

He grew up playing Cricket, riding bikes, Surf Life Saving, surfing and swimming. Mainly based in Adelaide while growing up, Dave also spent some time overseas and in rural Australia.

Dave’s passion for exercise has continued into adulthood, and he’s now a keen mountain biker, surfer and Surf Life Saver. Dave has been the Rescue Boat Captain at Port Noarlunga SLSC for a number of years, and has won Australian Titles and a silver medal at the World Title!

Ultimately Dave most enjoys helping people make changes, so they can achieve all of the things they are currently held back from – the sky is the limit!
