Peake Massage & Movement provides Remedial Massage at Move for Better Health’s Glenelg clinic.
Remedial Massage can assist in lymph and blood flow, and is used to reduce and break down adipose and scar tissue that may have been a result of injury or physical exertion. Along with Remedial Massage, Peake also offers dry needling and myofascial cupping services.

Our Massage Therapists are registered and fully qualified, so you may be able to claim your Private Health (depending on your personal coverage).
Peake’s team, founder Ellie Haycraft is a qualified Massage Therapist. Based on your needs, your initial consultation may include the use of deep tissue massage, myofascial release, dry needling and stretching.
Generally your first appointment will be 60 minutes in length, but for follow up appointments you can choose to have a 30, 45, 60 or 90 minute massage depending on your preferences and availability.
