We believe nothing should stop you from living your best and most active life! Our allied health professionals are dedicated to helping you achieve this.

Since establishment in 1997, our compassionate and experienced staff are committed to improving each of their patient’s health & well being. Move for Better Health is a multidisciplinary allied health clinic, currently operating from the following locations: MalvernMagill, and Glenelg.

At Move for Better Health, we understand that optimising your health over the life span can be a complex journey.

To cut through the complexity, we simplify things to focus on four key areas that form the pillars of health: movement, mental health, nutrition, and sleep. Each pillar plays a crucial role in maintaining overall well-being and can significantly impact our daily lives. It is common for our clients to need help with specific barriers they are facing in one or more of these Pillars of Health, and that is why we have integrated some of the best health professionals teams at our clinics who are experts in Movement, Mental Health, Nutrition and Sleep.

Our clinic has a multidisciplinary approach to treatment, with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, Psychologists and Dietitians available.

Sometimes it is obvious what type of health professional you should start with. If it is painful problem holding you back, you would probably choose to see the Physio or Podiatrist, if it is a mental health concern or a sleep related problem, you would start with the Psychology team, and if your body is generally feeling pretty good and you want to get straight into the gym with us, our Exercise Physiologists are the best place to start. When it isn’t that simple though, and you need some extra help to decide who in our team is the best to help you with your health journey, all you need to do is contact us!

We foster an ongoing commitment to professional education, so we can provide our patients with an up to date approach to their treatment. Additionally, our team routinely liaises with GPs, specialists, and other allied health professionals in Adelaide, Australia and overseas to help us achieve the best possible outcome for each person.

We also pride ourselves in offering our patients the latest technologies to help you achieve your outcomes. To create your tailored exercise programs we use a free app called PhysiApp. PhysiApp lets you complete your prescribed exercise program by following crystal-clear, narrated exercise videos. Built-in reminders help you to stay on track towards a better you!
