With experience working as a strength and conditioning coach for the Glenelg Football Club, Kosta has cultivated experience working with young athletes, assisting them with pre-season running programs, injury prevention resistance training programs as well as return to play rehabilitation.
When he is not in the gym, you can find Kosta spending some quality time with family and friends, playing AFL or enjoying his favourite meal – a scotch fillet cooked medium rare with mashed potato!
