Bayside Physio and Pilates at Glenelg is part of the Move for Better Health network. The Bayside clinic has been serving the Glenelg community since the 1980’s and is recognised for providing quality, individualised physiotherapy, Pilates and group exercise management for all ages of clients and all types of muscle and joint problems.

Our Glenelg clinic is located on the corner of Anzac Highway and Byron Street, a 5 minute walk from Jetty Road and the Glenelg tram. There is ample parking available in the parking bays in the middle of Anzac Highway, and on surrounding side streets.

Saturdays: 8.00am – 12.00pm
