Marelle has undertaken further education in the treatment of Tendinopathy, Chronic Pain, Mindfulness Meditation and Dance Physiotherapy. She also enjoys teaching Pilates, and helping those with more complex conditions to improve their movement.
Marelle Wilson graduated as a Physiotherapist in 1993 from the University of South Australia. She has spent time working in Sydney and the United Kingdom as well as running a private practice for 5 years specialising in dance injuries.
Marelle has lectured to Dance Performance students at TAFE, to students undertaking the APMA (Australian Pilates Method Association) Pilates qualification and to Physiotherapy students at the University of SA.
She also has a love of the arts (and especially dance) and so maintains a strong interest in keeping dancers and dance students performing at their best, including screening assessments and pre-pointe evaluations.
She is kept busy when not working at Move for Better Health™, with two boys and she enjoys walking, yoga, Pilates and meditation.
