Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an eight week, evidence-based course that was originally developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1979 and is now taught worldwide in a range of settings, from hospitals to community centres for a range of chronic pain and stress related health problems.

Introductory Yoga Course

Our Introductory Yoga Course focuses on the precision and alignment in each movement, and we provide feedback and 1:1 attention in each class. It is generally appropriate for different age groups or experience levels, and can also be a useful way for those who have practiced Yoga before to reintroduce themselves to the basics.
