Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy can help you to recover from injury, reduce pain and stiffness, and increase mobility. A physiotherapist can also help you prevent further injury by listening to your needs and working with you to plan the most appropriate treatment for your condition, including setting goals and treatment outcomes. Our Physiotherapists see people for problems like: 

Exercise Physiology

An accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP, or EP) is an Allied Health professional who specialises in the use of exercise to help clients get fitter and healthier. Exercise Physiologists undergo 4 years of university training plus ongoing accreditation requirements, qualifying them to be able to treat clients with medical conditions through exercise prescription and rehabilitation plans.

iNform Health & Fitness Solution’s Exercise Physiologists are experienced in treating conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, chronic and persistent pain, cancer and depression and can help you find the best way to exercise and take charge of these so that you can focus on living your life.

Podiatry

Podiatrists are allied health professionals who can diagnose and treat conditions affecting your lower limbs. SA Podiatry Centre​’s​ focus is on providing a thorough assessment of your condition or issue, and providing long-term prevention of injury and illness, ensuring our patients health is never a barrier to exercise or living a healthy life. Our Podiatrists see people for problems like: 

  • Diabetes assessments
  • Nail and skin care
  • Corns and calluses
  • Ingrown toenails
  • Wart treatment
  • Custom/prefabricated orthotics
  • Footwear assessments
  • Children’s podiatry
  • Running assessments

Psychology

Clinical psychologists are experts in mental health. They have specialised training in the diagnosis and psychological treatment of emotional and behavioural difficulties, and will work with you to gain an understanding of your specific issues and develop a management plan that is tailored to your unique situation. NLC Psychology can see people for problems like: 

  • Insomnia/other sleep problems
  • Anxiety
  • Depression or bipolar disorder
  • Chronic pain
  • Unhelpful eating patterns
  • Trauma or grief
