Tina Dhingra holds a keen interest in all areas of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. This stems from her own active lifestyle and experience as a sports trainer for Flinders Park Football Club. As a keen Pilates and group fitness participant herself, she places a strong importance on improving global strength and fitness through active strategies to prevent musculoskeletal pain.
Tina is available for appointments at our Glenelg clinic.
Tina enjoys helping clients with sports injury management and neurological conditions. She also has a special interest in treating spinal pain and using Pilates and exercise rehabilitation in her approach.
She is a strong believer in holistic and a client-centred approach to care. She demonstrates this through evidence based management as well as client education that aligns with her clients values and expectations to facilitate the best possible results.
When she is not at work, Tina enjoys eating out, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, listening to music and travelling.
You can see Tina at Bayside Physio and Pilates, and book by calling 08 8295 1294.
