Tim has been working and studying full or part-time for the past 30 years, his continual thirst for knowledge and wide range of clients keeps his passion for helping people burning strong.
Tim covers everything from rehabilitation to athletic performance, however his specialty is pre-habilitation and corrective exercise.
Tim’s chameleon training style allows him to constantly adapt and improvise so that each and every workout is the most productive session possible. Tim prides himself on training not just the human body but the human being, with his sessions being a catalyst for healthy habits both physically and mentally.
Outside of work, he is a dedicated family man and the father of 3 very active children!
