Samantha Ross is an Exercise Physiologist, passionate about helping her clients find more movement in their lives. Samantha has spent the last 10 years as an Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist working with individuals and groups, teaching Yoga, Pilates and mobility classes in Australia and abroad.
Samantha has worked in both rehabilitation and fitness settings, finding activities to help individuals get the most out of their movements and learn about their bodies.
In addition to her traditional Exercise Physiology work with clients in a gym setting, Samantha also teaches Clinical Yoga. Clinical Yoga can be suitable for anyone ranging from those who want to start Yoga but are unsure where to start, to those who have physical considerations and want to be in the safe hands of a health professional. It can also be for those of you who are looking to deepen your Yoga practice, or as addition to any training or movement practice.
Samantha has 2 young children and through her own experience has gained special interest in pre and postnatal training, as well as returning to running or intense training.
Outside of work, Samantha is interested in hiking, stand- up paddle boarding, coffee and pram pushing walks and trying anything new.
Samantha practices out of Move for Better Health’s Malvern clinic, as well as iNform Health & Fitness Solutions’ home base at Norwood.
