Maddi has a particular interest in Women’s Health and is responsible for the addition of the Women’s Health Class offering at iNform Health and Fitness Solutions. Aiming to improve health, strength, and bone density in Women who are pre-menopause, menopausal and post-menopause.
Maddi has been passionate about health and fitness from a young age, with sport and physical activity always playing an important role in her life. Inspired by seeing the benefits of exercise for loved ones living with chronic conditions, Maddi was motivated to become an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. She is dedicated to helping clients improve their health, manage their conditions, and enhance their overall wellbeing through tailored, evidence-based exercise programs.
When she is not working, Maddi enjoys staying active and being around the water with a walk along the beach or heading out on a stand up paddle board! You might also find her refereeing a NBL1 basketball game or supporting the 36ers if you’re around the courts!
