Luke’s interest in exercise and rehabilitation began during his teenage years, after experiencing several injuries while playing sport. This sparked a personal appreciation for the role of rehabilitation in helping people return to the activities they enjoy, and ultimately led to his career in Exercise Physiology.
He draws on both his professional training and his personal experience as a long-time gym-goer to design tailored, evidence-based programs for each individual. Luke enjoys supporting clients to improve their function, manage health conditions, and move more confidently – while making the process enjoyable and engaging!
