Jemma has a warm, friendly approach to her role in our administration team and enjoys building genuine connections with clients. She works across all of our locations, but is mainly based at our Malvern & Glenelg locations.

Jemma holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), graduating with First Class Honours, and has received multiple University Merit Awards (2021, 2022, 2024, 2025). She currently volunteers as a crisis supporter with Lifeline and is working towards publishing her honours research.

She values being part of a team that supports individual wellbeing and enjoys contributing to a positive clinic experience.

Outside of work, Jemma enjoys baking sourdough, spending time with her dog Walter, visiting family in Clare, and a good daily coffee!
