Caroline Pillman

Physiotherapist (Advanced Practitioner) at Move Physio

Caroline is currently on maternity leave and so is unavailable for bookings at Move for Better Health.

Caroline enjoys helping those experiencing every day injuries or pains, recovering from surgery, or  dealing with complex or chronic problems.

  • Professional Achievements: Physiotherapist for the London Marathon 2015-18
  • Extra Studies: Dry Needling level 1 (2012), Level 1 DMA Clinical Pilates (2011)
  • Qualification: Masters of Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (2013), Bachelor of Physiotherapy (2009)
  • Memberships: Australian Physiotherapy Association

Caroline graduated from the University of South Australia in 2009, and returned to complete her Masters’ qualification in 2013.

She has lived in Adelaide for all of her life, with the exception of 2014-2019 when she lived in London. She returned to Adelaide in 2020 with her young family and loves the space, clean air and serenity of the hills (and the wineries), as well as the sense of community that living in Adelaide brings.

Caroline’s main priority as a Physiotherapist is to help people get back to what is important to them, whether that’s playing sport, working, playing with children, preventing future health problems and in pursuit of new challenges such as running a first 5k (or marathon!).

Caroline especially enjoys empowering people to take control of and enjoy the activities in their lives, rather than being forced to stop what they’re doing to due to their body “wearing out”.

In addition to her work in private practice, Caroline also has experience in corporate occupational health, treating the ‘office athlete’ and optimising workplace environments and physical activity within a busy lifestyle.

Outside of work, Caroline loves to travel (54 countries and counting!) and last year she represented England at the Touch Football World Cup in Malaysia!
