Alex has undertaken extensive professional development in areas related to children, attachment, parenting, Autism, ADHD, and eating disorders. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals as they explore their identities and relationships, helping them rediscover what matters most, foster meaningful connections, and create environments where they and their loved ones can thrive.
Alex works in a neurodiversity- and gender-affirming way, celebrating each client’s unique identity and tailoring therapy to meet their individual needs. She draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Attachment-Based Therapies, ACT, DBT, CBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), mindfulness, and mind-body techniques, to make therapy engaging and approachable.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys good food, traveling, and discussing her special interests—especially psychology! She is currently completing her very first Lego kit as an adult and loving it. Lithuanian was her first language, although she doesn’t speak much of it anymore. However, she is proudly on a 900-day streak learning German on Duolingo!
