Jason is a keen marathon runner and has worked at the Australian Open and the Memorial Drive Tennis Club Open Championships! In addition to his special interests, he also enjoys treating other types of injuries, pain or chronic conditions such as EDS, POTS and hypermobility.

Katina is a Titled APA Sports Physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience, and a passion for helping people move better, recover from injury, and return to the activities they love. With advanced clinical skills and a strong background in elite sport, Katina is highly experienced in managing both acute injuries and complex musculoskeletal conditions.

Katina has a special interest in rehabilitating athletes, as well as treating a range of everyday issues such as headaches, neck and back pain, and joint injuries. She also has a deep interest in dance physiotherapy, including pre-pointe assessments, and offers individualised exercise programs to support people during and after pregnancy.

Her skills include dry needling, manual therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation, with a focus on functional movement and long-term recovery.

Debbie is an experienced physio who has been helping people move and feel better for more than 20 years. Originally from South Africa, she relocated to Adelaide with her family in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and a caring, hands-on approach to treatment. She provides care for a wide range of muskuloskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, sacroiliac joint (SIJ) pain, as well as sporting injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Debbie also has experience in treating TMJ (jaw pain), BPPV vertigo, and supporting women through pregnancy-related conditions, including mastitis. As a very hands-on physio, Debbie combines manual therapy with other techniques such as dry needling, joint mobilisation, and myofascial treatment.

She leads Physio Movement and Physio Exercise Classes at Move for Better Health, guiding clients through their assessments and helping them progress into safe and effective exercise programs.

Rashmi has extensive experience in treating a wide range of typical musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, shoulder pain, headaches, and tendinopathy issues. She has a strong interest in sports and dance-related injuries, working with clients across many sporting disciplines including bachata and is skilled in pointe assessments for ballet dancers to support safe performance and progression.

Rashmi also has significant experience in managing complex presentations, including hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). In addition, she regularly works with clients experiencing TMJ dysfunction, vertigo, and chronic pain conditions, offering tailored treatment plans to improve movement and quality of life.

Bec is a highly skilled Physio with a special interest in working with dancers and performing artists, as well as supporting clients of all backgrounds with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Emil works with a wide range of people of different ages with acute injuries through to complex and chronic conditions. He has a special interest in hypermobility / EDS and POTS, as well as treating the (often) unusual injuries seen in gymnastics, circus arts, and performing artists!

In addition to his Masters studies, Emil has undertaken extra training for the treatment of neck and back pain, and TMJ (jaw) dysfunction (such as clicky, locking or painful jaw). He is able to use Dry Needling where appropriate, in addition to hands-on treatment, and exercise prescription. 

Emil consults out of our Malvern and Glenelg clinics for assessments, treatments and exercise classes.

Managing Director
Peter is the Managing Director of Move for Better Health.
He qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1996, and worked clinically within Move Physio for 20 years with a special interest in headaches and neck pain, until 2024.
He now works full time as our Managing Director and is responsible for overseeing the running of all of our clinics.
In addition to this role, Peter is National Vice President of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, and also a Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Australian Physiotherapy Council.

Veronica is co-owner of Move for Better Health, and works full time at the University of South Australia Physiotherapy School. She graduated from the University of South Australia with honours in 1997, and completed a Masters in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy in 2014.

Her post graduate training focused on improving knowledge and skills in the treatment of many musculoskeletal problems, including muscle, joint, nerve and sports injuries.
