He uses this knowledge to support clients in managing not only the physical aspects of pain and movement, but also the behavioural and emotional responses that often come with it.
James has experience working with a wide range of clients, but particularly enjoys aspects related to musculoskeletal rehabilitation and Men’s health. He is also skilled in assisting people exericse whilst dealing with hypermobility and those with neurological conditions. He also has a special interest in neurodegenerative & mental health.
