Pilates Mat.

Pilates Mat classes are run by our Physiotherapists in our dedicated Mat Studio. These classes are ideal for those wanting to increase their strength and fitness through exercise in a guided class environment.

Designed for Pilates participants with some prior experience, the classes focus on Mat based exercises with additional equipment included to challenge you along the way. Each class varies from week to week, and may include Chi balls, resistance bands, hand weights, exercise balls, and foam rollers.

You can join these classes casually or as a recurring booking, providing you have previous experience with Pilates and have no significant mobility issues or health conditions. You can read more about our Pilates Equipment classes if you require a personalised Pilates programme.
