Pilates Reformer Classes are performed on the Reformer machines, and incorporate a range of full body Pilates exercises to improve overall strength and fitness.
Our Physiotherapists lead classes and instruct the group on what exercises to perform. Classes vary week to week to consistently provide new challenges, and may also include additional equipment including Chi balls or resistance bands.
You can join these classes casually or as a recurring booking, providing you have previous experience with Pilates and have no significant mobility issues or health conditions. Please read more about our Equipment Classes if you require a personalised Pilates programme.
