Remedial Massage Therapy.

We provide remedial, sports and relaxation massage with our qualified and experienced Remedial Massage Therapists. Massage can be used to treat a range of conditions including muscle pain, headaches, and neck and back pain. Additionally, it can also be helpful with injury prevention and enhanced muscle recovery after sports or exercise.

Not limited to remedial or sports, massage can also be helpful throughout pregnancy to relieve lower back pain, sciatic pain, and neck and shoulder tension.

About Remedial Massage Therapy

Remedial Massage can be integrated into your Physiotherapy care with communication directly between therapists, or be used as a standalone treatment to maintain general muscle health and prevent ongoing tension.

Our Remedial Massage Therapists are Diploma qualified, and are experienced health providers who believe in a holistic approach to treatment.

What to Expect

Depending on the reason for your visit, we provide 30, 45 and 60 minute massages. We recommend a 60 minute booking for your initial assessment, to ensure your massage therapist is able to speak to you about your medical history and goals.
