Intermediate Mat Pilates Classes are run by our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologist in our dedicated Mat Studio. These classes are ideal for those wanting to increase their strength and fitness through exercise in a guided class environment.
Designed for Pilates participants with some prior experience, the classes focus on Mat based exercises with additional equipment included to challenge you along the way. Each class varies from week to week, and may include Chi balls, resistance bands, hand weights, exercise balls, and foam rollers.
You can join in to these classes casually or as a recurring booking, providing you have previous experience with Pilates and have no significant mobility issues or health conditions. You can read more about our Pilates Studio Classes if you require a personalized Pilates programme.
