Allegro Reformer Pilates Classes.

Allegro Reformer Pilates Classes are performed on the Pilates Reformer machines, and incorporate a range of full body exercises to improve overall strength and fitness.

Our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologist lead their classes and instruct the group on what exercises to perform. Classes vary week to week to consistently provide new challenges, and may also include additional equipment including Chi balls or resistance bands.

You can join in to these classes casually or as a recurring booking, providing you have previous experience with Pilates and have no significant mobility issues or health conditions. Please read more about our Pilates Studio Classes if you require a personalized Pilates programme.

See our full class timetable here, which outlines when our current Intermediate Mat Pilates classes are held.
